Boil the rice fully cooked but not over cooked.
Heat the oil until it get hot.
Put the chile on and before it get dark add jeera( cumin).
Be careful jeere jumps all over.
Add boil rice
Add salt as for taste.
Mix them well then your jeera rice is ready.
You can serve it with daal, curry, or any nepali curry enjoy it hope you guys like it.
