Start single layering your meats (no particular order) and the provolone cheese only onto the dough.

Once you have the meats & cheese layered, add some fresh basil leaves. These come from my garden. Most groceries carry fresh herbs in produce section.

I cut my mozzarella cheese into 1/4 s and placed on top of all other ingredients.

Brush the top with either Olive oil or an egg white wash. You can then sprinkle with a little more Italian seasoning.

Bake in oven at 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

Hot out of the oven! Let set for a few minutes before slicing into pieces.
