How to cook italian risotto with zucchini and sausages 🍛
Here it is the an amazing Risotto typically Italian which can be tasted in each season of the year! Fresh, good and excellent! Sorry for mistakes due to my Italian origin and enjoy the recipe! Dam 😋

INGREDIENTS
Take a pot
Put some oil
Cut 3 slices of onion
Cut them in many cubes
Add the onion in the pot and switch on the stove and let the onion fry
Wash the zucchini
Cut them in cubes
Like that
Put them in the pot
Add salt not too much
Cover the pot and let the zucchini cook over low heat
In another pot put 700 ml of water to make broth made from bouillon cubes and so add ONE cube
In the meanwhile prepare 500 gr of rice
Add some white wine in the pot like 1 glass and a half so that the risotto will be fantastic
Let the cube dissolve itself in the water
In the meanwhile you can study the Second World War to be ok for the day after's test in Italy
When the zucchini are cooked add the rice! REMEMBER: mix the zucchini every minute for 10 seconds and cover and when they are enough cooked put the rice in
Add some broth
Mix for 30/40 mins and no not stop or the rice will stick at the base of the pot
