To each 2.5" pan add 2.5 lb cous cous
Add 2 qt. water to each pan
Drizzle olive oil into each pan
Season as desired
Load the pans into your combi oven
Place into steam mode 250F (121C) for 10 mins. (Make sure your oven is preheated first)
Upon removal, you will see a small amount of water remaining in the pan. Stir the cous cous and allow it to finish cooking and absorbing for a few minutes.
You can add roasted vegetables or any other ingredients as desired before serving.
