Clean the crab
1.5 cup small onions
Tomato diced
1 large onion diced
Add oil to pan
After the oil is warm add the fennel seeds
Once the fennel seeds crack add the cumin seeds and fry till they become light brown
Add curry leave to the pan
Now add the small onions and fry till they become brown
Add green chillies to the pan and stir for 5 sec
Add ginger garlic paste and fry till the raw smell of the ginger and garlic goes off
Add pepper to the pan
Add coriander to the pan and stir fry for 5 sec
The coriander will mix well with the ginger and garlic
The final ingredient to this mixture is shredded coconut . Add the coconut and stir fry until the. Coconut becomes brown
Cool the mixture and make a paste adding little wanted if required

Now add oil to pan and add poppy seeds
Once the poppy seeds become brown add the chopped large onions
Add the tomatoes to pan and stir fry for 3 min
Add coriander powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and salt to the pan and fry until the mixture in the pan becomes brown
Now add the prepared paste to the pan
Add water as required and mix the ingredients we'll wait for 5 min till the curry start to boil
Once the mixture boils had the crab to the pot
Allow the crab to cool , and set the timer to 25 min
Set the timer to 25 min
Crab curry is ready !!! once the crab is cooked the color of the crab turns red, even without adding color, but if required food color can be added to the curry.

- 1.5Tbsp Coriander powder
- 1.5Tbsp Garam masala
- 1.0pch Turmeric
- 1.0tsp Pepper seeds
- 1.0tsp Poppy seed
- 1.0c Oil
