Preheat oven to 375.
Gather all your ingredients.....don't forget the salmon! The crushed red pepper is optional.
Fresh salmon is always best but I didn't feel like going to the grocery store, so I used this instead. Do use fresh salmon from your grocers seafood dept.
Combine all your ingredients (minus the salmon, of course!) and stir well. I like to let it sit out a little bit so all the spices marinate together well.
Place salmon on your aluminum covered cookware.
Puncture salmon with fork several times. I do this so the mixture can seep into the salmon and absorb the spices better.
Spread mixture evenly over salmon. It can be a little runny. You may find it helps to save some of the glaze to coat the salmon once or twice while its cooking.
Repeat. Make sure you use aluminum or that spilled-over honey will require some elbow grease to remove from your cookware.......Just want your clean up to be minimal ;-)
Place in preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes.
All done! allow to cool slightly. You will not be disappointed. I promise!
