INGREDIENTS
Mix the dough and flatten so it fits in your baking tray
In meantime place the tomatoes in a steamer for 10mins (alternatively pan of boiling hot water)
To prepare the tray spread oli on it and cover with a layer of flour fo baking
Place the dough inside the tray folding the excess in the corners, leave it aside (oven is fine)
Now take the skin of tomatoes, it should easily come off after boiling
Place skinless tomatoes in a jug and puree using hand blender
...until smooth
Pour the puree into a pan and bring to boil to reduce
Add two cloves of garlic
Add herbs and spices as preffered (I add herbs de provance and black pepper + cayenne pepper) keep reducing until thick
In the meantime prepare your chosen toppings (ham, salami, onion wedges, garlic)
Once the sauce is thickened spread it on the pizza
...evenly
Add cheese (I added cheddar and mozzarella)
Add rest of your toppings
And place in the oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Bake for around 45mins until done, serve with green salad, enjoy

- 1/3c Olive oil
- 2/3c Milk
- 2.0Tbsp Baking powder
- 1.0pch Oregano
- 1.0pch Salt
- 1.0pch Black pepper
- 6.0 Tomatoes
- 4.0 Garlic cloves
- 1.0pch Cayenne pepper
- 200.0g Cheese
- 1.0 Meat (preffered toppings)
- 1.0 Onion
- 100.0g Sweetcorn (or preffered topping)
