INGREDIENTS
First preheat broiler to 220 degree C (425 degree F ). Line a baking pan with aluminium foil. Put a low rack on top of the aluminium lined pan.
Mix hoisin sauce, soy sauce,lemon juice, sugar and chopped garlic in a bowl. Adjust to taste. Coat the salmon fillet pieces SKIN SIDE UP with the marinade. Chill for 1 hour.
Arrange the salmon pieces SKIN SIDE DOWN on the low rack on top of the lined aluminium pan. Glaze with a little of the marinade.
Broil until salmon turns opaque throughout, but still pink inside. Takes about 8 - 10 minutes depending on the thickness of the salmon and the heat of your broiler.
And you're done. It's certainly the perfect centerpiece to a healthy and absolutely delicious meal.

- 2.0Tbsp Hoisin sauce

- 1.0Tbsp Lime/ lemon juice or rice vinegar
