Gather all your ingredients
Add all your ingredients into blender
Blend on high speed for 10-15 seconds or until smooth
If mixture is runny add more flour to thicken (about 1/4 cup) and blend for a few more seconds.
Spray pan with canola cooking spray and turn the stove on high heat.
Pour some mixture in pan to the size you desire and cook for 1 min on each side :) cook all your mixture.
Serve with honey (if you like) rather than maple syrup as a healthier option but don't go crazy! Enjoy :) hope you like!

- 0.0c Low fat milk
- 2.0 Scoops low carb protein
- 0.0c Wholemeal self rising flour
- Raspberries or 1/2 banana (optional)
- 1.0 Kitchen blender
