Mince the coarsely . Pulse 5 times, check and go on until desired texture

1 TBsp measure will b good to fit on the mini pitta
Make them into rounds. They make 16 peices..
My stove goes between 1 and 9. I cook them on no 6-7
Grill them 1-2 mins each side. With a stone or ceramic pan you don't need grease. But for other kinds of utensils, wipe your pan with kitchen paper dipped in olive oil.

Spread hummus on both sides put the cooked kafta inside like hamburgers. decorate with parsley and serve
Or arrange them in a platter for a cocktail party. I serve food on the middle of the table. Presented this way make easy serving or picking up by hand... Finger food
- 250.0g Filet steak(important) coarsely minced
- 2.0Tbsp Olive oil
- 1.0Tbsp Tahine
- 1.0tsp Salt
- 1.0tsp Peppercorns
- 1.0tsp Pepperoncini optional
- 1.0 Onion diced small
- 1/2bnch Parsley minced+some branches for decoration
- 25.0 Mini pitta bread
- Hummus
