Drain tofu and wrap it in a bunch of paper towels to absorb the water. Let it sit wrapped for 5-10 minutes or so.
Unwrap the tofu, and slice like a loaf of bread. Slices should be about 1/2 inch thick.
Warm up the pan over medium heat.
The tofu looks ready to cook!
When cooked, you can drizzle a little bit more of the sauce over it to keep it moist. Serve with sides, and enjoy!
