How to cook grilled tofu

A very simple yet healthy weeknight dish. Takes about 25 minutes to prepare, and goes great with steamed rice and broccoli.

Drain tofu and wrap it in a bunch of paper towels to absorb the water. Let it sit wrapped for 5-10 minutes or so.

Unwrap the tofu, and slice like a loaf of bread. Slices should be about 1/2 inch thick.

When cooked, you can drizzle a little bit more of the sauce over it to keep it moist. Serve with sides, and enjoy!
