Now slice up your onions. We are marinating them too.

Steaks need high heat to sear the meat and to form a crust so please set your pan or grill over high heat(you might want to turn your smoke alarm off at this point,she will scream.)

We will sear the first side for two minutes,maybe three. That's it. We want a juicy steak not a dry one. Plus these steaks are thin and cook quickly .

Look at that crust..nomnom. That's what i'm talking about! :) Cook the second side for two minutes as well.THATS ALL. Don't turn off the heat just yet,lower it just a little though.

Shake some Worcestershire over them and maybe a drizzle of oil if it seems too dry .

Place your onions on top of the steak sand serve with a salad or alone. ;) From mi casa, to your casa. Enjoy.

Well, this was how I served myself. I like to add sriracha sauce and A1 on top of my steak. Not that the steak needed it, but I DID.lol

  • 1 pck of sason accent
  • 1.0tsp Onion powder
  • 1.0tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/4c Worcestershire sauce
