Ingredients: red pepper, mustard seeds, urad dal, chana dal, vegetable oil, green beans
Add ingredients to non-stick pot. Bring to high heat
Stir until mustard seeds start popping
Add green beans, salt, water then stir. Cover pot, simmer for 5 minutes
Keep simmering with uncovered pot and stir intermittently until water evaporates
