Gather all ingredients
Use a fairly shallow bowl
Mix in milk
Mix in brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg
Heat pan to medium high heat and melt butter.
Soak both sides of bread in mixture.
Place soaked bread on hot pan.
Flip bread after about 2 min or until bread is golden brown.
Remove bread once both sides are cooked. (Second side cooks faster than the first).
Repeat until mixture is gone. One egg makes about 2 French toasts depending on the bread you use. 2 eggs makes about 7.
Garnish with powdered sugar and enjoy!

- 3.0Tbsp Milk
