For the seasoning this are the ones I use, the others are all natural, but you can choose any of your preference.
Mix all ingredients slowly until they make a smoothy
Season the chicken with the mixed herbs, check if the salt is correct, it's better if it is saltier because the meat will take more flavor, you can do this the night before for more tasty chicken.
Preheat the oven to 250 •C for 10 min, then put the chicken to cook for 1 and a half hour, or until it is crispy and brown

- 2.0tsp Shoyu Sauce
- 2.0tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 Chopped Onion
- Rainbow Pepper
- 4.0part Chopped Garlic
