Add oyster sauce , salt n pepper. Mix well and leave it aside for about 20 mins.

Make a batter with corn flour , maida, pepper, oil , egg white , ajinomoto and bakin pwd. Add some water carefully to bring it to coating consistency.

Heat oil . Dip prawn into the batter and deep fry it till golden brown.

Serve hot with some hot sauce . 😍😍

  • 1/2kg Big sized prawn
  • 2.0Tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1.0c Corn flour
  • 1/2c Flour (Maida)
  • 2.0 Egg white
  • 1/2tsp Baking pwd
  • Salt and pepper
  • 3.0tsp Oil ( for batter)
  • Oil for frying
  • 1/4tsp Ajinomoto ( optional )
