Clean the prawn . leave the tail on it.
Add oyster sauce , salt n pepper. Mix well and leave it aside for about 20 mins.
Make a batter with corn flour , maida, pepper, oil , egg white , ajinomoto and bakin pwd. Add some water carefully to bring it to coating consistency.
Heat oil . Dip prawn into the batter and deep fry it till golden brown.
Serve hot with some hot sauce . 😍😍
