STEPS
INGREDIENTS

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Boil some water and add Salt and Pepper.

Peel your potatoes so they are ready for boiling.

Thinly dice the potatoes.

Add the sliced potato into the pot to boil for around 10 minutes.

While the potatoes are boiling, peel your onions.

Once the onions are peeled, slice them as well.

After putting the onion on the stove, add oil, sage, salt and pepper to it.

Once the ten minutes are up, strain the potatoes over a sink.

Add the potatoes to your onions.

Add some cream (Light)

And put the whole thing in the oven for 30 minutes.

Now, moving on to the chicken, cut the breasts in half.

Put the breasts on some baking paper and add some rosemary.

Put another piece of baking paper over the chicken and use a rolling pin to flatten it.

Pan fry your chicken breast for around two minutes a side.

It should look like this after you flip it over, which is why this dish is called "Golden Chicken"

Slice your bacon into small squares, then put your bacon on the pan.

Once the chicken and the bacon have been cooked, start chopping up your leek into thin slices.

Put the leek into a pot, then put baby spinach and peas on top. Pour boiling water on it all.

This is how your meal should look once you've gotten the potato bake out of the oven and put it all together. Yum!
