Take skin off your sausage
In pan sauté your chopped onions together with a clove of garlic
Add your sausage in small pieces
Add a drop of white wine
Add tomato sauce
Add a little of hot water from the boiling water which you use for the gnocchi
Add your gnocchi which have been cooked in boiling salted water for 2/3 minutes. Wait for them to float.
Add parmesan cheese
Some grated parmesan cheese to garnish...buon appetito
