INGREDIENTS
Take skin off your sausage
In pan sauté your chopped onions together with a clove of garlic
Add your sausage in small pieces
Add a drop of white wine
Add tomato sauce
Add a little of hot water from the boiling water which you use for the gnocchi
Add your gnocchi which have been cooked in boiling salted water for 2/3 minutes. Wait for them to float.
Add parmesan cheese
Some grated parmesan cheese to garnish...buon appetito
- 100.0g Fresh made gnocchi (check gnocchi guide)
- 1.0 Sausage
- 1.0 White onion
- 0.0c White wine
- 1.0 Grated parmesan cheese
- 1.0 Clove of garlic
- 1.0c Tomato sauce (check guide for tomato sauce)
