Add your gnocchi that you cooked in salted boiling water till the started floating...2/3 minutes. Add a few cubes of mozzarella but not all...

Add some parmesan cheese

Garnish with pieces of eggplant and mozzarella...grated parmesan and a leaf of basil...enjoy and buon appetito
