Brown the meat on medium-high heat in a good size pan that has sides.
Add about 1 tablespoon of seasoning salt and as much minced garlic as you like, and mix
Continue to add your diced tomatoes, black pepper and other spices of your desire.
Add your gluten free pasta and 1 1/2 cups of water.
Cover and turn stove top to low heat. Allow 20-25 mins for pasta to absorb juices and become tender. Stir occasionally.
