How to cook garlicky wild rice

Tender wild rice smothered with a vegan garlic sauce to calm your hungry ass down.

Wash your wild rice.  Add the rice to the water in a pot & bring to a boil. Turn on lowest heat and simmer 30-40 minutes until rice is tender.  Drain & sit to side.

In the hot pot you used to make the rice, dump in the garlic sauce with the fresh thyme & peppers. *Spoon some of this to the side for a little chip marriage when the game comes on later.*   \ud83d\udc3bBEARS\ud83d\udc3b

Spoon in the rice & mix until you have a good rice to sauce ratio. I had about 3/4 cup of rice left over. Enjoy!!! I looove this rice!
