Fill saucepan with 2 /3 liters coke
Dice two large onions
Pour into boiling coke
Place in gammon joint
Bring to boil
Simmer for 2 and half hours
Cook until tender then remove, the outside will be brown
Save the cooking liquid for glaze
Reduce some of the liquid with honey and while grain mustard until thickened
Carefully remove skin as glaze ham , place in oven for 40 mins at 160c
