Friggitelli are small sweet green peppers commonly found in Southern Italy at the end of Italy.
Here are my yummy friggitelli!
Most people leave them whole but I prefer to cut off the stem because...
it is the only part you won't eat and...
and because this will allow you to get rid of their annoying seeds!
Pour extra virgin olive oil in a deep pan like a wok
Add the peppers and start the fire
Add some salt while they are cooking and keep the rest to sprinkle them with once they're fried.
Cover the pan and let them fry until..
they are soft and brownish
Enjoy them as a side dish or as entrée!
Now the truth is... I'm the least typical Italian cooking mother! My 14yo daughter did the frying ... I just took photos and built this guide! Hahaha

- 1/2l Olive oil
- Sea salt
