I store my fish in the freezer until I am ready to marinate it in vinegar mixture.
Place frozen fish in vinegar mixture (with onions and garlic). Add a little salt and pepper. Cover & store in fridge over night. If you buy it fresh & cook it right away then marinate it for an hour.
Put olive oil in frying pan and cook with skin side down first under medium heat for about ten minutes. Careful of the oil splattering everywhere.
Flip over and cook for another ten minutes.
Serve with rice and seaweed salad or...
Serve with rice and tomatoes in soy sauce.
- 2.0c Vinegar
- 2.0 Slices of onion
- 2.0 Cloves of garlic
- 1.0 Milkfish cut in half
- 1/4c Olive oil
