Clean artichoke

Take off outer leaves


Start cutting from buttom going around

Clean stem

This should be your end result

With the back of a spoon start cleaning the inside

Get it all out

Take your lemon and pass it over the artichoke



Squeeze the two lemons into 2/3 quarts of cold water and throw in the lemons. Keep the prepped artichokes in the water till your ready to cook them...this prevents them from turning dark.


Now cook it at 130 degrees celsius for 20 min

Take out and make it rest for 20 min

Now fry for 20/30 sec at 180-200 degrees celsius...it should blossom and open

Take out
