Start off with your head of broccoli.
Cut your broccoli into smaller pieces. I prefer smaller pieces but it's your choice!
Don't throw away the stems! They're super delicious when they're tender.
Wash and dry your broccoli completely.
Add one tablespoon of olive oil; just enough to coat it and give it a nice flavor while cooking it.
Add in one pinch of salt,
a few grinds of pepper,
some crushed red chili flakes for some spice(you can put as much as you want depending on how spicy you want it),
and granulated garlic powder!
Mix well and place your broccoli onto a baking sheet covered in aluminum foil.
Broil at 450 degrees for 8-9 minutes.
And voila! You have lovely roasted broccoli :) I sprinkled some Parmesan cheese on top for myself, but that's up to you!

- 1.0tsp Fresh Ground Pepper
- 1.0Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1.0tsp Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
- 2.0Tbsp Parmesan cheese (optional)
- 1.0tsp Granulated Garlic Powder
