Add one tablespoon of olive oil; just enough to coat it and give it a nice flavor while cooking it.

Mix well and place your broccoli onto a baking sheet covered in aluminum foil.

And voila! You have lovely roasted broccoli :) I sprinkled some Parmesan cheese on top for myself, but that's up to you!
