Clean and cut your catfish

Wash Ingredients

Cut bell-pepper, onion and cilantro Julienne medium-size

Wash and cut cabbage in wedges

Sauté onion, cilantro, and bell-pepper

Add water to pot and boil

Add the cabbage

Once you sauté your vegetables add the salsa de pato....

Now add your sauté vegetables with the cabbage ....... Now lets wait to boil. Once is boiling add the fish....

Add the fish .....

Add the rest of the fish......

And add salt to Taste..... And wait to boil again

Once is ready to serve garnish with chile chipotle and onions and cilantro and lime wedges...
