How to cook filipino pork giniling
Giniling Guisado is sauteed ground pork cooked in tomato sauce with potatoes, carrots and bell peppers. Like Picadillo, except that Picadillo is usually served with fried plantain or banana.

INGREDIENTS
Gather the ingridients
Slice the calamansi or lime if you can't find any
Marinade it over the ground pork
Pour some sou sauce or toyo as we call it
Now prepare the vegetables
Mince the garlic
Chop the onion
Cut the bell pepper into tiny squares
Do the same for the carrots and potato
If you have tomato paste, mix with water and bring to a boil if you're using tomato sauce just bring to a boil no need to add water
It should end up like this
Sautee the garlic
Add the onion and 3/4 of the bell pepper wait till onion turns translucent
Add the ground pork
Add ground pork and cook till the pink is gone from the meat. Add fish sauce and stir fry another minute or two

Mix'em up!
Add the potatoes and carrots. Stir and bring to a boil.
Add what's left with the bell pepper
Wait till the potatoes are soft and ready to serve if it's a bit sour due to the lime and tomato paste add cheese or sugar.
