Sauté chicken with some salt and pepper till almost done and keep it aside. We cook this again in the sauce for 2 mins so not cooking it completely :)
In a pan heat some oil add garlic and sauté for a minute
Add green chillies and sauté for another minute
Add the sauce and let it cook for about 2 minutes. Add salt. Remember the sauces we are using has salt too. If you feel the sauce isn't enough to coat the chicken add a little water
Keep stirring for a min or two. it has to start bubbling. Now add the chicken and cook it for 2-3 mins so that the flavors are absorbed well and chicken cooks through.
Top it up with some fresh cilantro and serve it hot with some lemon on the side . Enjoy!!!
You can also use different sauce of your choice in this recipe and also add your choice of veggies. Vegetables add a lot of taste and color to the dish. :)

- 2.0 Tbsp chilli garlic sauce
- 2.0 Tbsp Green chilli sauce
- 3.0 Slit green chillis
- 2.0 large cloves of garlic chopped
- Salt to taste
- 1/8 Tsp pepper
- Cilantro for garnish
- Half lime
