Place chickpeas in a bowl with a lot of cold water. Cover the bowl with film and put it in the fridge for 24 hours. This is to soften and hydrate the chickpeas
Mix until you achieve this consistency
If you prefer to bake them, place the patties on a baking tray covered with baking paper
Put them in the middle of the oven at 350°F or 180°C during 30 minutes (approximately) until they turn light brown
This is how they look. Top: baked. Bottom: fried. You can eat them with pita bread, tabbouleh and yogurt sauce. You can find the yogurt sauce recipe in my profile!
