This recipe is very similar to shakshuka, or it is shakshuka in my way lol , but with spinach. This dish is very popular in Mideast for breakfast. It's also very easy to do and healthy to eat.

I put them inside the oven turning on the top one on a very high heat for about 2 minutes, so I can get this result.
