I found this recipe in a magazine. It's great for a quick easy breakfast. Hope you enjoy!!
First heat pan and add just a little extra virgin olive oil to coat the pan or PAM (or whatever non-stick spray of your choice).
Then put in the bell pepper. Quickly crack the whole egg inside the bell pepper. It's alright if it comes out of the sides.
Cover the pan with the lid and let cook for 5-8 minutes.
