You will need a bell pepper (green/red/yellow), an egg, green onion (optional), oil, salt, pepper and a knife to cut.

Slice about 1/2 inch of the bell pepper.

Clean the middle part of the bell pepper.

Crack an egg into a bowl.

Add some oil in skillet and heat it.

Place sliced green pepper on oil and slowly pour egg into the middle of green pepper.

Let it heat for 2-3 minutes on medium heat, until the egg becomes almost solid. Some whites may leak out. You can use a spatula to press down on the ring.

Add salt and pepper. When the egg become solid, slowly pick it up and place on a clean plate.

Tadaa!! CAUTION: Do not heat the egg for too long or the yolk will POP like what you see on the right side.

Add some green onions if you like them! Enjoy! :)
