Pour 7 oz water and chicken broth into a sauce pan on high heat.
Mix cornstarch and 2 oz water until dissolved
Crack eggs in separate bowl and mix until blended
Pour cornstarch into the sauce pan
Stir eggs into sauce pan and turn off heat
Make sure to clean the dishes after!
