Buy some edamame. I found mine at S&R for around P200 for 1kg

We can use either fresh or frozen edamame. I used frozen And they tuned out just right

Add 3 tablespoons of salt to s pot full of water and bring to a boil

When boiling water boils, tun heat down and add the edamame.

Cook the edamame in the water for 5 minutes

After 5 minutes, run the edamame by some cold ways to shock the greens and stop them from cooking any further (and to keep th green)

Strain

Transfer to a serving container and sprinkle some coarse sea salt
