INGREDIENTS
Cook ur rice and let it cool
Clean and Slice the mushroom
Par boil the diced carrots . Drain and keep aside
Freshly ground pepper always tastes <3
Pound the broth/seasoning cube into fine powder and keep aside
Heat a pot / wok and add 2 tbsp of sesame oil
Add the chopped white part of spring onions and sauté
Add the par cooked carrots
Toss in the sliced mushrooms and sauté . Add half of the pounded broth cube and fry
Add a dash of light soy into the wok and let it all mix well.
Put in the cooked rice, rest of pounded broth cube and the green part of the spring onion. Keep it on low flame and toss well. Not too hard or u will break the rice and make it into a mush.
Season with salt and freshly ground pepper. Toss we'll and serve with any gravy u like. MSG can be added if u like the taste of it.
- 2.0c Cooked rice
- Mushrooms sliced
- Carrot diced
- Spring onions chopped
- Vegetable broth cube / seasoning cube
- Light soy
- Salt and pepper
- Sesame oil
