Brown the meat in your pan without fat, drain and set aside
Chop onions and bell peppers finely and sauté in oil until tender
Mix in the meat: season with s&p, garlic powder etc (optional- not necessary!)
Add two cans of spicy tomatos
Simmer for a bit...at least 5 minutes, the longer the better, serve over spinach leaves (or rice for the kids?)
Optional last step- add chopped kale or spinach!
