Here are all the supplies you will need (pluss water). I don't use salt in my oatmeal, but you can if you want to.
In this recipe there is no exact measure. I usually take 100 ml of each, but you can take less or more if you want. My brother usually take 125 ml.
Take the amount of oats you want (I usually use 100 ml or 125 ml) in a bowl. I top the scoop i use a little. Use a pretty flat bowl, or it will be a different cooking time.
Take the same amount of milk as the amount of oats you used, and pour it in the bowl with the oats.
It should look a bit like this.
Then take the same amount of water as the amount of oats.
This is what it should resemble when you have added the water.
If you want salt in your oatmeal, now is the time to add it. Take a small pinch and mix it with the other ingredients.
Cook in microwave for 1 minuit and 30 seconds on max (I think it is 1000W).
If you took more than 100ml of each ingredient you need to cook it a bit longer. For 125 ml of each ingredient i cook it 1 min and 50 sec. If you take less than a 100 ml you need to cook it less.
Take it out of the microwave. It will look a little like this.
Mic a little and wait maybe 1/2 - 1 minuit so it can finish.
Sometimes it may be a little runny imidiately after you take it out of the microwave, but if it is, wait and if it still is runny, add a little bit of oatmeal and mix.
I eat my oatmeal with 1/3 banana, homemade applejam and cinnamon. You can add whatever you want! Try different things and figure out what you like!
Other things you can add to your oatmeal is sugar, bits of apple, jam, blueberries, rasberries, strawberries, sunflowerseeds and/or mango. Or whatever else you may like.
