A small bowl of boiled (or canned) chickpeas. (About 50 grams should suffice).
1.5 tablespoons of pureéd (or canned) tomatoes.
One small onion.
Powdered red pepper to taste.
Put the oil in a small skillet (or spray it w/ cooking spray). Chop the onion and start sauteéing it, then add the tomato pureé. Add chickpeas and powdered pepper. Mix well and sauteé for 5 minutes.
Serve hot with a small salad! :)
Total calories: 144 (and that includes the oil too,if you use cooking spray, it goes down to 104!) Bon appétit!
