In a non stick pan add your cooked rice and your milk stir
Add saffron to mixture (trick i use , take some sugar and saffron,spoon, and grind it to bring out color and flavor more)
Add your nuts and raisins stir well turn fire off.
Add your cardamom I added a lil extra i love it! Stir and your done!
Ready to eat hot or chill for an hour enjoy!

- 2 cups whole milk
- Sugar to taste
- 1 tbsp raisin
- 1 tbsp almonds
- 1 tbsp pistachios
- 1/8 tsp cardamom
- Pinch of saffron
