Chop basil, bell pepper, and onion. Crush garlic cloves and cut into parts. Sauté with teaspoon of butter.
Add seasoning and mix well, cook until soft.
Seasoning--I add turmeric to everything...
Add large can of diced tomatoes, 1/4 cup water, and 2-3 tablespoons butter. Simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Crush any remaining chunks of tomatoes until you reach your ideal sauce consistency.
Grab some pasta, fresh shrimp, and some of that leftover basil and serve hot :)

- 1.0tsp Oregano
- 3.0Tbsp Unsalted butter
