INGREDIENTS
Preheat the oven to 425 deg Fahrenheit. Since it is the summer and I didn't want to heat up the house, I used my BBQ grill.
Gather your supplies. This makes 2 quiche.
Chop half of an onion and add to a mixing bowl.
Chop 1 cup of spinach and add to a mixing bowl.
Chop up your four chicken breasts and add to the mixture. I used premade frozen chicken because it is easy to use.
Add 1 cup of cheese and 1 cup of milk to the mixture. I used Italian blend cheese.
In a separate cup, add 8 eggs and whisk.
Once the eggs are good and whisked, add them to the mixture. It's easy to do with a fork.
Yay! All of the ingredients are combined, so mix them together. You can add the rosemary and the garlic salt here, but I usually add them as a topping.
Spray two pans with nonstick spray.
Once your mixture is all finished mixing, pour it into the pans. Garnish with 2 tsp of rosemary between the two quiche.
Garnish with 2 tsp of garlic salt between the two quiche.
Garnish with 1 tsp of honey between the two quiche.
Add to the oven and cook for 25 mins or until golden brown. If you are using a BBQ grill, make sure to rotate it halfway and don't put on direct heat.
Take the quiche out and enjoy! If you were curious about calorie information, I believe it came out to around 800 calories per entire quiche.
