How to cook easy fried rice

create a paste. this is crushed garlic and onion with a little paprika and chili powder (i also added a little oil and salt)

i used chinese chorizo here. u can substitute with leftover roasted meat, shrimps, ham, etc

soy sauce.  i actually mixed barbecue sauce with the soy sauce  :)) for bit of smoky flavor and sweetness

cooked rice. let it cool first or you can use leftover cooked rice

and the soy/barbecue sauce. mix again until rice is evenly coated with the sauce

throw in the spring onions

and here's our fried rice topped with sunny side up. i did not add the chilis earlier coz my friends doesnt like it too spicy so i just used them for garnish. enjoy.
