Take the butter and put in a bowl

Add the powdered sugar ( 1/3 at the time) and mix well

Then add the flour ( 1/5 at the time) and mix well

Mix Until you get a nice soft batter

Take 2 pices of plastic rap (under and over)

And roll it out

Remove the plastic and place it on the board with a little bit of powdered suger

Then take a cookie cuter (i used a lid)

And cut out the cookies - do that until theres no batter left

Place it on a pan ( i like to prikkle some coconut on)

Bake for 10 minuttes in a pre heatet oven ( 170 c)

There will be about 20 cookies 🍪 (I ate them before i got a pic 😕)
