STEPS
INGREDIENTS
Preheat oven to 300F (150C) . Rinse and dry the ribs. Grab a beer or glass of wine. Crank some tunes and get down on it.
Pork ribs are a delicious treat. I usually only get them when they go on sale. For years I only ever braised them, until I came across this technique.
Mix the dry ingredients(see supply list). The measurements are in parts, this way it's easy to eyeball amounts. Cooking is not an exact science, slight variance each time you make a dish adds interest
Coat both sides of the ribs with the spice mixture. You could do the ribs whole, like I have here, or cut them into smaller portions prior to coating and cooking.
Took about 4 hours. The whole house smells amazing! Make your neighbors jealous with cooking prowess.
If you can't cut them with a spoon then Put them back in the oven.
It was late when these were ready and most of them were eaten right off the pan. Serve however your little tummy desires. With rice and pickles and hot sauce is recommended.
