Wash your hands first

Then put foil on as many potatoes as you want
Cook your potatoes for 20 minutes or until soft, oven temperature: 180 or higher

Finely chop chives and put in a bowl

Finely chop spring onion and put in the same bowl as the chives

Then chop the bacon and add to the bowl

Add 3tbs of sour cream and mix until combined
When you're potatoes go off stick a fork in the middle to see if their soft if not put them on for 5-10 minutes

When potatoes are cooked make a hole and scoop the flesh out with a spoon. Scoop out as much as you want

Fill and add cheese then pop back in the oven for 5-10 minutes to cook the bacon and melt the cheese
