Heat the pan with oil for 2 or 3 minuets on a Medium level of heat. (Or however long it takes to heat the pan based on the thickness). Be sure to cover the surface area of the pan with oil.
While the pan heat, crack some eggs into a small bowl or cup. At the quarter of the cup of milk into the cup or bowl.
Beat both the eggs and milk together for about a minute, or at least when it reaches the same density throughout.
Once the pan is heated pour the eggs and milk into the pan.
Wait a few seconds before you start mixing the eggs inside the pan. (15 or 30 seconds) Once it is even cooked, start adding cheese.
Make sure to start mixing the cheese and the egg so it won't stick to pan.
One the cheese is melted, serve with bread, toast, bacon, or on its own.

- 0.0c Milk
- 1.0 Slice of any cheese
- 1.0 Stainless steel pan
- 1.0 Cap of oil
- 1.0 Cooking spoon
- 1.0 Large cup or mixing bowl
- 1.0 Stirring spoon, stick, or egg beater.
