Keep it in the frozen part. Next time you might just want to use a small portion for minced meat sauce for pasta, cook fried rice/noodles, stuffed beancurd, mushrooms, or even a patty for burger :)

For sauce, use exactly the same seasonings for meat (refer to step 6, skip carrots, spring onion, ginger and cooking wine) Then add 1/2 cup of water and an egg, stir well.

Here's our rice!  Very easy to cook, simply add mixed cut vegetables and sausages into the the rice, remember to add about 1/4 cup more water as the sausages and vegetables absorb water. Add salt.
